She was predeceased by: her son Samuel David Johnson; and her parents, Hubert Lainhart and Nannie Pierson Lainhart. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Lynn Locke (John) of Crittenden, Steven Douglas Johnson of Dry Ridge and Robert Dale Johnson (Darla) of Union; her grandchildren, Whitney Elizabeth Rogers (Jimmy), Christopher Daniel Johnson (Logan), Joshua Thomas Locke (Logan) and Kyle Matthew Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jamison Rogers, Scarlett Rogers, Tristan Koch, Violet Johnson and Talon Johnson; and her brothers, Odis Lainhart (Rojene) of Petersburg and Ernie Lainhart of Erlanger.
