He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Perry and Beulah Perry; his wife Evelyn Perry; and his son Neal Gene Perry. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Ann McIntosh, Vernon Lee Perry, Dawna Jo DeVore, Terry Lynn Anderson, Tammy Lee Potter and Tracy Ann Noel; and his siblings, Ron Perry and Delores Wisdom. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
