Mattingly (Burlington, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mattingly and Martha Mattingly; his stepfather Bill Clemons; his brother John Mattingly; and his daughter Martha "Jean" Mattingly.
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Mattingly; his daughters, Donna Hoskinds (Tony), Ibeita Byrley (Eddy) and Katherine Perkins (Randy); and his grandchildren, Sean, Nikole, Adam, Eddy Jr., Brian, Brandey and Cheyanne. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
