He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ernst Napier; his children, Keith Napier (Angela) of Union, Catherine Burton (Michael) of Florence, Pamela Hall (Kelly) of Hebron and Belinda Fugate (Gary) of Burlington; and his siblings, Malvery Seidl (Si) of Tucson, Patricia Jones of Falmouth, Ralph Napier (Connie) of Florence, Lenwood Napier (Sarah) of Latonia, Jack Napier of Latonia, Steve Napier (Brenda) of Orlando and Mike Napier (Missy) of Hebron. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
