She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ensslin and Hazel Ensslin (Thomas); her husband Ralph Rush; and her grandson James M. Rush. She is survived by: her children, James Brent Rush (Catherine) of Paris, KY and Tamara Rush Cress (James) of Venice, FL; her grandchildren, Francis Rush, Emily Joseph, Jillian Rush, Hunter Cress and Sally Cress; and her sister Jo Ann McDonald (Isaac B. McDonald) of London, KY. She is also survived by her family and friends.
