He is survived by: his wife Monna Hall Steinhard; his children, Nadine Williams (Jacob Williams) and Justin Steinhard (Alejandra A. Chavero); his granddaughter Alana Steinhard; and his brother John "Bruce" Steinhard (Kathie Steinhard).
