She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth "Betsy" Mansfield Brinegar and Shirley Mansfield; her brother-in-law Byron Vance; her nephew Kevin Vance; and her close friend Janeen Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Regina Buckley (Donnie) and Paul Brinegar; her nieces and nephews, Doug Buckley (Sarah), Tim Monroe, Elizabeth Vance, Tracy Buckley (Dennis), Eric Brinegar and Lora Brinegar; and her close friends, Fritz, Daizy, Zoey and Benzi.
