She is survived by: her parents, Maxey Birge and Christene Birge (Turner); her husband Jim Finley II; her children, Kalee Erin Mullican (Paul) and James Cleo Finley III (Lindsay); her mother-in-law Demetra Finley; and her granddaughter Ember Jo Finley.
