He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Meadows and Mayola Meadows (Lay); and his sister Linnie Reardon. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Meadows of Ewing, VA; his nieces, Cari Henderson of Nashville, TN and Sara Rodda of Orlando, FL; his great-niece Keating Rodda of Orlando, FL; his great-nephew Lane Henderson of Nashville, TN; and his cousin Darcye Wohner of Harrodsburg.
