It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce Ann Moore of Burgin, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 74, on February 25, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McKitric and Georgie Frances McKitric Sr. (Bowman); and her sisters, Aileen Douglas and Teresa Logan. She is survived by: her spouse Samual Dwight Moore; her daughters, Cynthia Kufe (Akim) of Harrodsburg, Melinda Wofford of Burgin and Veronica Wofford of Harrodsburg; her stepson Andrew Dunn of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings, Dr. Eloise McDowell (James) of Oak Park, IL, Sandra Relford of Lexington, Angela McKitric of Harrodsburg, Ralph McKitric Jr. of Lexington and Kevin McKitric (Mary) of Danville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Little Zion Baptist Church East Water (604 East Water ST, Burgin, KY.). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Little Zion Baptist Church (604 East Water ST, Burgin, KY.). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Robinson Roe Cemetery.
To celebrate her memory, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Loyal Benevolent Society No. 3, 173 Cummins Drive Harrodsburg, KY 40330, c/o W. Linton to assist with cemetery upkeep.
