He is survived by: his daughters, JoAnn Phillips of Harrodsburg, Christy Jean Thurman (Patrick) of Belvidere, TN and Rebecca Helen Brawner of Burgin; his siblings, David William Phillips, Jr. (Rosie) of Burgin, Clarence Lee Phillips of Harrodsburg and Shirely Wheeler of Harrodsburg; his grandchildren, Betty Jo Phillips, Alexandria Chyenne Thurman, Michael Patrick Thurman, Zackery David Phillips (Shealyn), Chelsea Maran Phillips, Aidan Thomas Phillips and Peyton Wayne Brawner; and his great grandchildren, Mason Blake Phillips, Dominic Lee Sanchez-Phillips and Liam Patrick Wiseman.
