She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Hayslett, Sr. and Christine Gabhart Hayslett McGrath; and her brother Bill Hayslett, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Allen Searcy of Burgin; her sons, Christopher Cord (Jenny) of Orange, VA and Travis Cord (Christine) of O'Fallon, IL; her stepdaughters, Kristy Weighall (Rob) of Wetumpka, AL and Brandy Stell (Scott) of Benicia, CA; her sister Beverly H. Sanders of Burgin; her sister-in-law Diana Hayslett of Durham, NC.; her grandchildren, Kasey Cord, John Cord, Claire Cord and Anna Cord; her stepgrandsons, Logan Weighall, Grant Weighall and Julian Stell; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
