He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Payne and Pearl Eason Hulette; his siblings, I. P. Jr., Garnett, Roy, Homer and Ruby Hulette; his children-in-law, Terry C. Wheeler and Lula Mae Hulette; and his great grandchild Isreal Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Don Hulette of Frankfort, Beverly Gayle Winchester (Jerry) of Harrodsburg and Celia K. Wheeler of Burgin; his grandchildren, Scott Hulette, Gabrielle Bishop, Jamie Baker, Amanda Anderson, Tracey Catlett and Jerry Lee Winchester; his great grandchildren, Kendon, Patten, Blake, Jacob, Skylar, Jeron, Jacey, Bode, Lucas, Isabella, Adalynn, Aidan and Tyler; and his great great grandchildren, Parker and Ella.
