She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Green Osborne and Cora Ann Miller; her grandparents, Johnathan, Mary Horn Osborn, William and Margaret Sartin Miller; and her sisters, Mary Margaret Osborne, Vera Jacqueline Ratliff (Millard) and Billie Pauline Akers.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Barnett; her sons, Robin L. Barnett and Anthony Osborne (Kay) of Lancaster, KY; her stepson James Potter (Sandra) of Toledo, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher R. Barnett, Christol R. Barnett and Kassandra Simmering (Karl) of Chillicothe, OH; her stepgrandchildren, James Potter Jr. (Tammy), Lisa Kohn (Kenneth), Amanda Thompson (Josh), Holly Argo (Zak), Chanse Murphy and Brittany Murphy; her siblings, Agatha Hall of Columbus, OH and Thomas Osborne of Lancer, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Bessie Dingus (Herbert) of Floyd Co, Carla Blackburn (Jerry) of Floyd Co and Juanita Rice (Oscar) of Floyd Co. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
