It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Susan Olmstead Kolasa (Burgin, Kentucky), who passed away on January 11, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willard Olmstead and Marilyn Lasher Olmstead (James Kolasa); her children, Caileigh and Jake; her siblings, Mary Olmstead, Steve Olmstead (Colleene), Erica Lacy (Ben) and Jenny Dawson (Tony Clay); her nieces and nephews, Cameron Olmstead, Nicholas Jones, Justin Olmstead, Devon Baker, Nathan Baker, Trace Olmstead, Shannon Olmstead and Katie Clay; her father-in-law Charles Goodlett (Pat); and her brother-in-law John Kolasa (Bonnie).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Bluegrass Care Navigators or the Lexington Humane Society are suggested.
