She is survived by: her husband Robert Fugate; her parents, Carolyn Sturgill (William Combs) and David Gayhart (Su); her siblings, Kara Deaton (Jerry), Sean Allen, Tim Gayhart (Terri), Dale Gayhart and Will Gayhart (Carli Combs); and her pets, Bubby, Sissy and Host. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.
