She is survived by: her children, Billy Goodwin (Vanessa) of Bulan, KY and Michelle LeDoux (Mark); her siblings, Glenna Ratliff of Corbin, KY, Bob Smith of Ohio and Vern Combs of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brittney, Matt, Nick and Meadow. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
