He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Combs and Clare Harvey Combs (Ethel Fugate Combs); his son Dana Dale Combs; his granddaughter Rochelle Suzanne Seals; and his brother Jerry Combs.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Sawyer, Paul Gene Combs and Carol Brown; his grandchildren, Scott Fugate, Chad Fugate, Eric Greenlief, Robert Sawyer and Renee Dawson; his great grandchildren, Kirstyn Scott Fugate, Kassidy Fugate Cornett, Sasha Fugate, Leah Greenlief, Erika Greenlief, Benjamin Sawyer, Jack Sawyer and Luke Seals; and his great great grandchild Wyatt Cornett.
