She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Couch and Sylvania Smith Couch; her husband Glenn Tackett; her daughter Sharon Lynn Chandler; and her sisters, Betty Lawson and Linda Miller.
She is survived by: her children, James Dale Chandler of Bulan, KY, Barbara Chandler (Tom Caudill) of Bulan, KY and Kimberly Chandler (Randall Roberts) of Bulan, KY; her sister Karon Hale; and her granddaughter Amy Miller (Issac). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of family & friends.
