He is survived by: his wife Faye Noble Baird; his children, Lisa Stamper (Cliff) of Hazard, KY, Kevin Baird (Cindy) of Hazard, KY and Jeff; his sisters, Mable Hutches and Gracie Hourd; and his grandchild Tyler Noble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
