He is survived by: his son David Wayne McIntosh; his close friend Carmen Whitledge of Bulan; his parents, David McIntosh and Mary McIntosh of Bulan; his wife Heather Barnett of Rockcastle; his children, James Devin Barnett of Bulan, Three, Kallie Reanne Barnett of Bulan, Jaiden Danielle Barnett of Rockcastle and Madison Katherine Barnett of Rockcastle; and his brother Robbie McIntosh of Bulan. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends.
