He is survived by: his mother Lois Hurt Stacy of Hazard; his stepfather James Turner; his brother Jonathan Turner; his uncle Danny Hollifield; his children, Kevin Stacy, Dylan Stacy and Kayla Colwell of Hazard; and his siblings, Lloyd Stacy of Hazard, John Stacy of Hazard, Carol Bush of Wolf Co and Lisa Turner of Hazard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
