He is survived by: his children, Ricky Combs, Penny McKenzie and Teresa Mayle; his siblings, Gary, Josephine Ray, Judy Jones and Patricia Caudill; his grandchildren, Wendy, April and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Annebelle and Benjamin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
