She was predeceased by: her husbands, Delbert Riley and Leslie Combs; her parents, Allen Risner and Lillie Combs Risner; and her siblings, Norman Risner, Estill Risner, Janice Risner Ritchie, Elsie Risner and Dosie Risner.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanetta Risner; her nieces and nephews, Olgie Watts and Marcus Wayne Ritchie; and her siblings, Violet Risner Watts, Wynemia Risner Honeycutt, Annamae Risner, Raymond Risner (Mildred Prater), Sheldon Risner and Denver Ray Risner (Martha Wright).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lotts Creek Community School (5837 Lotts Creek Road, Hazard, KY 41701) or the Care Cottage (465 Cedar Street, Hazard, KY 41701).
