She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Williams (Tammy) of Hazard, KY and Leonard Williams (Mitchele) of Denniston, KY; her stepdaughter Selena Combs (Luther) of Hazard, KY; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Hensley, Landon Williams, Erin Baker and Tommy Campbell.
