He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Neace and Marie McIntosh Potter; his wife Theresa May Riley Neace; and his siblings, Haskell, Bill, Bobby, Leonard, Dennis, Anna Faye and Sally.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Eversole (Tommy) of Hazard, KY, Melinda Neace (Burchell) of Hazard, KY and Shauna Neace; his sisters, Shirley Potter of Hazard, KY and Carolyn Potter of Glasgow, KY; his grandchildren, Don, Therisa and Kristina; and his close friends, David and Kyla Cockrell.
