He was predeceased by: his parents, Nim Patrick and Allie Everage Patrick; his wife Mary Katherine Patrick; his sisters, Sue Sammons and Evelyn Owens (Otis); and his grandson Joshua Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Combs (Kenny) of Hazard, KY, Curtis Patrick (Angie) of Hazard, KY and Tim Patrick (Kathy) of Hazard, KY; his sister Vivian Cornett of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Megan Housley (JJ), Allie Davidson (John), Kellie Noble (Nik) and Lauren Riley (Rilo); and his great grandchildren, Katherine Housley, Mary Housley, Phoenix Noble, Patrick Davidson, Kolton Riley and Ethan Riley.
A reception was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
