He is survived by: his children, Joseph Keith, James Curtis of Bulan, KY and Sandra Kay; his stepson Joey Moore of Viper, KY; and his sister Alma Peters. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
