He is survived by: his daughter Shanoa Orr (Adam) of Louisville; his brothers, Michael Milby (Mary) of Radcliff and Gary Milby of Mt. Sherman; his nephews, Christian Milby (Faith) and Cameron Milby (Brittany); and his pets, Izzy and Willie.
