He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Sutherland Flanders; his parents, Otto Lee and Mary Ethel Chaudoin Flanders; and his sister Betty Berry. He is survived by: his son Kelly Flanders (Missy) of Buffalo; his granddaughter Kalli Brooke Flanders; his brothers, James Lee Flanders (Judy) of Indianapolis and Glenn Ray Flanders (Judy) of Glasgow; and his sister-in-law Patsy Sutherland of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
