He is survived by: his wife Arlene Perkins; his daughters, Monica Trent Bale (Duane) of Greensburg and Bridget Hess (Scott) of Louisville; his siblings, Glenda Wathen (Paul) of Hodgenville and Maxie Perkins of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Morgan Altman (Jake), Zach Bale (Lauren) and Seth Shinn; and his great grandchildren, Tinsley Altman, Raleigh Altman and Trenton Bale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
