He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hornback and Opal Thompson Hornback; and his half-brother Kenneth Grissom. He is survived by: his brother Gary Hornback of Elizabethtown; his half-sister Marcella Grissom; and his nieces and nephews, Tressa Rice, Terry Nimmo, Tami Herrera, Mary Bush, Jerry Denny and James Denny.
