He was predeceased by: his brother James Kenneth Atherton. He is survived by: his children, Dylan Atherton of Bowling Green, Matthew Atherton, Paul "Jamie" Atherton and Debbie Atherton of Buffalo; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Atherton, Jayden Atherton and Tristan Hutton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
