She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Perkins; her parents, David Warren and Mamie Beatrice Cantrell Warren; her grandsons, Charlie Perkins, Matt Hanson and Chris Loyall; her children-in-law, Jolene Perkins and Eddie Fields; and her siblings, Holland Warren and Wava Wyatt.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Howell (Glenn), Patti Donahue (John), David Perkins (Lisa), Sharon Perkins Fields (Steve Richardson) and Cindy Hanson (Lowell); and her brother Vernon Warren. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home (208 W Water St, Hodgenville, KY 42748). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Perkins Family Cemetery.
