He is survived by: his wife Della Ree Craddock Thomas; his son Michael Thomas (Willie Dean) of Buffalo; his grandson Jaron Thomas; his great grandchild Everly Thomas; and his sister Anna Margaret Fisher of Louisville. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
