He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lane and Florence Richardson Howell; and his brother Elmer Earl Howell. He is survived by: his sister Minnie Mae Peace of Hodgenville; his nieces, Luanne Graham (RK) of Hodgenville, Sheila Bloyd of Hodgenville and Kathy Theriot (Randy) of Bourg, LA; and his cousin Bruce Slack of Hodgenville. He is also survived by two great nieces, one great nephew and his special friend.
