He is survived by: his wife Charlene Butler Hicks; his children, Becky Hicks-Hawkins of Hodgenville, Shelly Boettcher (Rob) of Hodgenville, Crystal Packard (Adam) of Buffalo and George "Bo" Hicks (Tandy Ramos) of Florida; his grandchildren, Ethan Hawkins, Elyssa Smith (Sean), Michael Boettcher, Kirsten Harper, Josh Harper and Landon Packard; and his sister Lila Ann Hicks of Buffalo.
