He is survived by: his wife Jean Harlow Nelson of Buffalo; his daughter Crystal Maupin (Donnie) of Hodgenville; his stepchildren, Danny Nix, Shannon Davis, Jerome Nix, Jerry Nix and Angela Bagget; his grandchildren, Hannah Williams, Sarah Lee, Samantha, Clay, Austin, Nicholas, Brian, Brittany, Joshua, Tabitha and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Sophia Williams, Emma, Anna, Harper, Emmerick, Avaleen, Atlas, Gaige, Peyton, Cayden, Ella, Braxton, Avery Ann, Serenity, Spartacus, Jordy, Jakie and Savannah; and his siblings, Rev. Dannie Nelson (Alice), Randall Nelson (Betty) of Summersville and Betty Thompson (Terry) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
