He is survived by: his wife Latricia Locke; his children, Angel French (Josh) of Hodgenville, Darrell Locke (Suesan) of Hodgenville, Kevin Locke (Kesha) of Hodgenville and Reggie Locke (Destiny) of Hodgenville; his siblings, Juanita Kay Meredith (Ray) of Hodgenville, Sandra Buley (Tommy) of Hodgenville, Lynda Barnes (Raymond) of Buffalo, Ronnie Locke of Buffalo and David Locke (Dee) of Hodgenville; his siblings-in-law, Ashley Lynn O'Sullivan of Bardstown and Michael Lance Rainer; and his friend Jane Kelley.
