She was predeceased by: her husband Al Shahayda; her parents, William F. Goolsbey and Augusta Fiex Goolsbey; and her sister Anna Katherine Theiler. She is survived by: her children, James Michael Willett (Teri) of Chula Vista, California and Becky Perkins (Harold "J. R.") of Buffalo; her stepsons, Leon Shahayda (Debbie) of Shepardsville and Vincent Shahayda (Colleen) of North Carolina; her brother Robert Feix of Connecticut; and her grandchildren, Susie, Kenny (Annette), Timmy, Terrica, Jessika, Jameson, Monica and Derik. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two-great-great-grandchildren.
