She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Webb and Ollie West Webb; her husband Fred Underwood; her daughter Elizabeth Pennington; her stepson Gary Underwood; and her siblings, Robert Webb, Thomas Webb, Hilbert Webb, James Webb, Ella Webb, Ellen Cooper, Jane Carmen, Katherine Harris and Marie Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Carlton Underwood (Nancy), Danny Underwood of Campbellsville, Vincent Huff (Annie) of Greensburg and Deb Clark (Lonnie) of Center Point, Iowa; and her sister Betty Kerr of Canada. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
