He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Jack" Harp and Effie Johnson Harp; his former wife Joyce Harp; his daughter Teresa Harp Dennison; his brother Gene Harp; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Webb and Lonnie Vincent.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Harp Stice, Renee Fogle, Will Harp (Alecia) and Timmy Harp; his siblings, Marilyn "Gray" Vincent, Mildred Webb and Gary Harp; his son-in-law Elbert Dennison; his grandchildren, Kristin Nicole Stice Swinton (Jonathan), Abby Breanne Stice Graham (Zack), Adri Harp, Kalob Harp, Misty Bryant (Chris), Amber Avery (Tom), Brandy Flucker (Brandon) and Daniel Dennison; and his great grandchildren, Rilee Nicole Swinton, Easton Michael Graham, Colby Moutardier, Sydney Moutardier, Jada Decker, Meadow Decker, Garrett Lee Dennison, Logan Connor Phillips and Keyton Dennison.
