He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney Ray and Mae Violet Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Denton Jacobs; his son Jeff Jacobs (Laura) of Brownsville; his grandson Zachary Jacobs; his stepgrandson Justin Vincent; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Addison and Emma Vincent.
