She is survived by: her children, Danny Simmons of Sandy Hook, Bobby Joe Simmons, Randy Simmons (Amanda) of Wingfield, Christal Womack of Bowling Green and Brandy Simmons of Franklin; her grandchildren, Ashley Simmons, Robert Womack, Britiany Simmons and Jessie James; and her great grandchildren, Josh England and Ayler England.
