He was predeceased by: his parents, Bro. Everett J. and Effie Anderson Meredith; his wife Wanda Sowders Meredith; and his siblings, Eva Pearl Tomes and Perry Meredith.
He is survived by: his children, Lavana Nash (Roger) of Bee Spring and Lowell Meredith (Amy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Lesley Anderson (Marshall), Ryan Meredith (Megan), Brittney Jones (Chris), Brandon Meredith and Katie Meredith; and his siblings, Dorothy Bullock (Woody) of Brownsville, Dallis Meredith (Nell) of Brownsville and Larry Meredith of Brownsville. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
