He was predeceased by: his parents, Mautie Howard Sr. and Molly Crager; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Clauda Howard of Brownsville; his children, Travis Howard (Jenny) of Brownsville, Jacob Howard of Bowling Green, Matthew Howard (Shelbi) of Brownsville and Judith Mellencamp (Josh) of Roundhill; his grandchildren, Tucker, Tate, Taylor, Scarlette, Lucas, Ryley, Daniel, Marybeth, Geraldlynn and Donavan; his sisters, Bonnie (Eddie), Penny (Toby), Vickie (Cliff), Deborah (Bob) and Pam (Donnie); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Gentry. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
