She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thurman "D. T." and Tora Bea Watkins Haycraft; her husband Johnny Cummings, Jr.; and her siblings, Edwina Brown, Eugene Haycraft and Laree VanMeter.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Meredith (Gary) of Bee Spring, David Cummings (Sheila) of Bowling Green and Donna Martin (Porter) of Smiths Grove; her grandchildren, Brett Meredith (Heather), Ryan Cummings (Jessica), Krista Stinson (Miles), Maci Davidson (Tanner) and Peyton Martin; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Bley Meredith, Brooklyn, Camden, Adam Cummings, Mav, Jax Stinson, JoJo and Vinny Davidson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, neighbors, and countless friends.
