He is survived by: his wife Alpha Johnson Lindsey; his children, Ronnie Lindsey (Maretta) of Glasgow and Karen Graham (Randy) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Desiree Lindsey, Dana Lindsey, Jacob Lindsey and Sarah Davis (Luke); his great grandchildren, Aison Jennings, Lavendar Jennings, Lily Lyles, Laken Pierce and Violet Davis; and his siblings, Leon Lindsey, Glen Lindsey (Susie), James Lindsey and Dorothy Logsdon (Billy).
