She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Ward and Candis Roe Parsley Blair; her husband Woodrow Hogan; her children, Woodrow Billy Hogan and Lois Jean Lowe; her grandchildren, Joseph Shawn Hogan, Erin Turner York, Brett Robertson and Shawn Allen Sanders; her siblings, Gertrude "Trudy" Maddox and Joseph Allen Blair; and her nephew DeVoe Maddox.
She is survived by: her children, James Ellis Hogan (Alisa) of Owensboro, Casey Hogan of Brownsville, Charlie Turner (Shirley) of Indianapolis, Elvis Turner, Jr. of Indianapolis, Candy Grayson (Ed) of Oakland and Amy Elmore (Billy) of Brownsville. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
