He is survived by: his wife Lisa Higgins; his children, Larry Higgins, Jr. (Crystal) of Chalybeate, Wendi Rogers (Darrell) of Vine Grove, Shauna Thomas (Jeremy) of Brownsville and Howard Dick (Monica) of Greenville, IN; his grandchildren, AlexisLee Kimble (Thomas), Devin Rogers (Jordyn), Alivia Higgins, BradLee Simmons, Cianan, Dayton Thomas, Isaiah, Whitney, Addie and Logan Dick; and his siblings, Angie White, Cindy Sakai (Larry), Carl Higgins (Joanne) and Daryl "Robbie" Higgins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
